"Quote process was frustrating"
I sent in quote request for a couple of parts and thought I’d at least get some basic reply by the next day. Instead, it took several days, and I ended up having to follow up on it myself.
When the quote finally came through, it was missing one item, and pricing wasn’t very clear either. The people I dealt with weren’t rude or anything, just slow and a bit disorganized. It didn’t really give me confidence to place an order.

"Dealing with the same frustrating site issues again"
I tried using the website and ran into the same kind of problems again. It feels cluttered and slow, and the search didn’t really point me in the right direction. Pages kept shifting around while I was trying to browse, which got annoying fast. After a while, I just gave up before finding what I needed

"Hard to get a straight answer"
I reached out expecting a simple reply, but the responses took longer than I was hoping. And this is where it got annoying: when they did get back to me, the answers were kind of confusing and didn’t really clear things up. I had to keep following up just to understand what was going on.

"Packaging could’ve been way better"
My order arrived with the box crushed, and there was hardly any padding inside. The item itself was fine, thankfully, but I don’t know, for the price I just expected it to be packed a bit more carefully. It made the whole unboxing feel kind of disappointing.

"Felt overpriced to me"
I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. The item itself was fine, but nothing about it really stood out to me, especially once shipping was added on. I’ll admit I’m picky about value, and I’ve found similar things elsewhere for less that worked just as well. It’s not bad, I just personally wouldn’t say it’s worth the money.

"I was disappointed when my order showed up..."
I was disappointed when my order showed up with the wrong parts instead of what I actually ordered. It was frustrating because I needed them and didn’t expect the hassle. Customer support did eventually help, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. So overall, not the best experience, though I appreciate that it wasn’t completely ignored.

"Checkout felt outdated and didn’t make me feel confident"
I tried placing an order on Galco Industrial Electronics, but the payment options were frustrating. I was expecting something easy like PayPal or a few more modern checkout choices, but it felt kind of limited and old-school.

I almost went through with it, but once it got to entering my card info, I just didn’t feel great about it. Even if the site is legit, I don’t like feeling unsure right after I’m about to pay, so I ended up backing out.

I ordered from Galco Industrial Electronics expecting something a lot nicer for the price, but the product felt kind of cheap when it arrived. The stitching looked uneven, and it started showing wear way sooner than it should have. I reached out with a few questions, but the answers I got were inconsistent, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Maybe I just got a bad one, but overall I’m disappointed

"Shipping was honestly frustrating"
I ordered this thinking it would ship out in a few days, but it just seemed to sit there forever. The tracking barely changed, which made it even more annoying, and by the time it finally showed up, it was way later than I expected. If I’m in a hurry or need something quickly, I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

"Backorder updates could’ve been clearer"
So... the item showed as backordered after I had already placed the order, which was frustrating. The updates weren’t great either, honestly. I kept having to check on it myself because it never really felt like there was a clear timeline. The wait just felt kind of open-ended. I would’ve appreciated it a lot more if they had just been upfront about the real timing from the start.
